Appearance[]
Teresa is a white woman. She has long, blonde hair, which she was seen wearing in a low updo. Her eyes are blue. During her only appearance on the show, she wore a dark shirt, an undershirt, a vest, simple pants and dark boots suitable for the jungle environment she lived in.
Biography[]
Before Terra Nova[]
In October 2137, Teresa was in Detroit. At that time, Detroit was plagued by a natural disaster as well as civil disorder. A blizzard caused heavy snowfall due to that year’s October being the coldest one ever recorded. Food riots occurred, crimes such as arson were committed and caused the city to burn. Teresa later recalled being in Detroit and running for an hour with snow up to her knees.
At Terra Nova[]
Teresa affected by the virus
At some point during the 2140s, Teresa came to Terra Nova. Sometime after her arrival, she as well as three other people (Jonathan Guagenti, Douglas Joslyn and another woman) were sent to Outpost 3 for the purpose of wetlands research.
In October 2149, Teresa was affected by a virus engineered by Joslyn, which led to memory loss, cognitive regression and catatonia. As a result, Teresa mistakenly believed she was still in Detroit in 2137. Elisabeth Shannon later created a vaccine out of an inactive cold, curing those affected by the virus, Teresa included.
